Senior graduates are invited to apply for two $1,000 scholarships offered by the Morongo Basin Conservation Association. Applicants must be local residents intending to attend college or university in the 2022-2023 school year.
Candidates must demonstrate an interest in environmental conservation with the aim of pursuing studies and/or a career in this field. However, a wide variety of alternative majors could be eligible if there is a related interest in conservation, such as architecture, media, engineering, urban planning, and zoology.
Eligible seniors graduating in 2022 must have a minimum GPA of 3.00. The deadline for applications is Saturday, April 2.
